The concept of marriage in Islam

The meaning of marriage varies in different cultures, however the basic definition of marriage can be defined as the ritual or legal agreement in any culture by which society, law and religion between a man (husband) and wife (wife).  Accepts close sexual and marital relationship.  This marriage contract is in the form of an oral and written confession to religious or social or legal leaders, which is often valid for a lifetime.  And in theology it is the union of man and woman whose purpose is to establish a whole group of life.  Marriage is also considered to be a solemn act or ceremony in which a man and a woman have a full and lasting legal union in life.  Kafu means to be equal and precedent in specific attributes. In marriage, it is seen that the boy is not inferior or inferior to the standard of the girl because the girl who is superior in terms of specific attributes is the bed of the boy.  Will dislike  Those who are inferior to her in attributes also consider it a disgrace for the heirs of the girl. Hadith Bukhari (4802) and Muslim (1466) narrated from Abu Hurayrah that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:  Marriage is done because of four things, because of its wealth, lineage, beauty, and religion.

Muslim Sharif) In the second hadith, the Holy Prophet (saw) said that when a servant gets married, he completes half of the religion, now he should fear Allah Almighty in half of the religion.

The Holy Qur'an says:  O people! Be careful of (your duty to) your Lord Who created you from a single being and created its mate of the same (kind) and spread from them both men and women in abundance.

Marriage is an important part of the Islamic social system that unites couples in a lawful marital relationship. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:

“Marriage is not a tradition, but a practice that is not practiced without tradition.

Translation: Marriage is my Sunnah and he who does not follow my Sunnah is not one of us.

The hadeeth does not encourage the marriage of any beautiful woman, or of any lineage or wealthy woman.  Rather, the meaning of this hadith is that people keep these four goals in mind for marriage, some seek beauty, some have a good family, and some are hungry for wealth, and some people get married out of piety, about the latter.  The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) encouraged me and said: (Find a believer, your hands will make you dusty).

All the Prophets (peace be upon them) used to be resurrected.

All the Prophets (peace be upon them) used perfume.

All the Prophets (peace be upon them) used to do miswak.

All the Prophets (peace be upon them) lived a married life. The bread and sustenance of a woman is the responsibility of the man in every situation.  If there is a daughter, then it is the responsibility of the father.  If there is a sister, then it is the responsibility of the brother, if there is a wife, then it is obligatory on the husband.  Almighty Allah says: The man should give sustenance according to his ability and the poor man according to his ability in a well known way. (Surat al-Baqara)  The consent of the girls and their permission was required in all cases regarding marriage.  The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: A married woman should not be married until she has been consulted and a virgin should not be married without her permission. Islam has given a woman the right to divorce  If the husband is an unwelcome oppressor, then the wife can annul the marriage and these rights are granted to her by the court. In the eyes of Islam, both man and woman are equal as human beings.  Islam presents the family as an institution. The duties of husband and wife in the family are determined on the basis of their physical constitution and nature.  The husband is recognized as the custodian or administrator of the house and in this respect he is the guardian and protector of the woman and the head of the house.
