The benefits of walnut


 Walnut is a tree from the Juglandaceae family that is grown in Asia and Europe and is currently the most widely grown tree in the world.  It is 45 meters long.

 One ounce of walnuts (28 grams) provides 185 calories.  It also contains 4 grams of protein, 18 grams of fat, and 3 grams of carbohydrates.  The other nutrients in an ounce of walnuts are: 1.9 g of fiber, 27 mg of calcium.  44 mg magnesium-98 mg phosphorus-125 mg potassium.  1.3 micrograms of selenium. 28 micrograms of folate.  5 IU Vitamin A.

 0.7 mg of Vitamin E. Walnuts are considered to be very important in making dried blood. Walnuts provide strength to human health as well as skin rejuvenation.

   The use of walnuts also brightens the eyes and hair and sharpens the brain

 Walnuts are high in fatty acids and are also excellent in terms of calories, so if people eat them daily, their metabolic system will be in better condition.
