Zamzam is the best water in the world
If we stand on the east side near Bait-ul-Allah, then the well of Zam-e-Zam is located at Maqam-e-Ibrahim, 40 yards away from Bait-ul-Allah, adjacent to Mataf. The history of Zam-e-Zam is four thousand years old. There are two long narrations narrated from Abbas. The Holy Prophet (sws) said: Hat ibn Abu Sulayman was sitting next to Sa'id ibn Jubayr. He said that Ibn 'Abbas did not narrate this hadith to me in this way, but said that Ibrahim (peace be upon him) and his son Ishmael and his mother Hagar He took Ishmael (as) to the land of Makkah. Hagar (as) used to breastfeed Ishmael (as). She had an old musk with her. Ibn Abbas did not narrate this hadith. Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him). It is narrated that the custom of wearing a belt around the back of a woman goes back to the mother of Ishmael (as) (Hagar). First of all, she tied the belt around her waist so that Sarah (as) would not be able to trace her (they would run away soon). Then she and her son Ishmael came to Makkah with Ibrahim (Abraham). At that time she was breastfeeding Ishmael (Abraham). Ibrahim(A.S) (Abraham) sat them both near a big tree near the Ka'bah which There was a place where Zamzam is now. On the high side of the mosque. There was no man in Makkah in those days. So there is no water. Was Abraham (peace be upon him) left them there and put a palm in a leather bag and water in a musk for them. Then Ibrahim (Abraham) left (for his home). At that time Ishmael's (AS) mother followed him and said: O Ibrahim! In this dry forest where there is no man and nothing, where are you leaving us? He repeated this many times but Ibrahim (as) did not look at him. Finally, Hagar asked, "Has Allah commanded you to do this?" Abraham said, "Yes." Let Hagar (peace be upon her) say that then Allah Almighty will protect us, He will not destroy us. So they returned and Abraham departed. When they reached the hill of Thaniyah from where they could not be seen, they turned towards the place where the Ka'bah is now (where Hagar and Ishmael (peace be upon them) had left.) Then he raised both his hands and prayed: O my Lord! ! I have made my offspring to dwell in this barren plain near Your Sacred House (Surah Ibrahim) until «Thanksgiving. Meanwhile, Ishmael's mother started breastfeeding him and drinking water herself. Eventually, when all the water from the musk ran out, they became thirsty and their livers also became thirsty. She was now watching her son in front of her (with great thirst) or (said) returning to the ground. She left because she was upset to see the baby in that condition. Safa hill was closer to there. She (in search of water) climbed it and turned towards the valley to see if any human was seen but no human was seen. She came down from Safa and when she reached the valley she lifted her foot (so that Don't get confused while running) and started running like a distraught person, then came out of the valley and came to Marwa hill and stood on it and started to see if any human was seen but no one was seen. In this way he made seven rounds. Ibn 'Abbas (may Allaah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: That is why running (between Safa and Marwah) is prescribed for people. (Seventh time) When they climbed Marwah, they heard a voice saying, "Shut up!" She was saying this to herself and then she listened to the voice. The voice was still being heard. Then he said, "I heard your voice." If you can help me, do it. Do you see that where Zamzam (well) is now, there is an angel. The angel dug his heel into the ground, or said it with his arm, from which the water boiled there. Hagar made it into a pool and made it with her own hands (so that the water would not flow) and Chloe began to pour water into her jug. When they were full, the spring boiled again. Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Allah! Have mercy on Umm Ismail, if he had left Zamzam as it is or if the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) had said that it would not have been full of chloe, then Zamzam would have been in the form of a flowing spring. He narrated that Hagar (PBUH) herself drank that water and also gave it to her son. Then the angel said to them, "Do not be afraid of your own ruin, for this is the house of Allah, which this child and his father will build, and Allah does not waste His servants. Now where is the House of Allah?" At that time there was a mound of earth. The flood would come and cut off the land from its right and left. Thus the days and nights passed there and finally one day some people of the tribe of Jarham passed by or (you said that) a few families of the tribe of Jarham passed through the place of Kadah (upper part of Makkah) and went down to Makkah. They camped in the area (nearby). They saw some birds hovering. They said that this bird was hovering on the water. However, before that, whenever we passed through this field, there was no sign of water here. Finally they sent one or two men. There they found water, so they returned and reported it. Now all these people have come here. The narrator said that Ishmael's mother was sitting on the water at that time. They asked, "Will you allow us to camp in your neighborhood?" Hagar said, "Yes, but on the condition that you have no right to water." They accepted it. When Hazrat Ibrahim (as) left his family, he turned towards the place where the Ka'bah is today and raised his hand and prayed: O my Lord! I have settled some of my children in this barren valley near your holy house. Our Lord! This is so that they may keep up prayer. So turn the hearts of some people towards them. And provide them with fruits so that they may be grateful. (Surah Ibrahim, Ayat 37)
For a few days the goods given by Hazrat Ibrahim(AS) went on and after the goods ran out the situation changed. The condition of the child started deteriorating. The need for water became more and more severe. Hazrat Hagar( as) did not see this condition of the child. She came to the valley in love. She climbed Safa and Marwa. She did this seven times. The Prophet (peace be upon him) tried seven times in remembrance of this incident. When Hagar reached Marwah for the seventh time, she heard a voice. Hagar said, "Come forward if you can help me." From which the water began to boil. When Hazrat Hagar saw it, she started building temples around the water, but the water kept boiling evenly. Today it would be a big fountain.
