 Mirror of Alexandria.

     The history of mirrors is very old. Mirrors originated in Pharaohs of Egypt many thousands of years ago.  In which man could see his reflection and the reflection of other objects. So a blacksmith melted the steel and burned it so much that the reflection of everything began to appear in it.  In the time of Alexander the Great, the first tall mirror was made.  This mirror is called Alexandria.  In ancient times, mirrors were made by burning bronze. Glass was applied to the back of glass mirrors.  In 1840, a mirror was made by mixing silver with glass.  Earlier, silver mirrors were made on the surface of glass with an ammonia solution of silver nitrate. In modern times, mirrors are made of quartz in addition to glass.
