Eid al-Fitr is an important religious festival celebrated by Muslims around the world at the end of the month of Ramadan.
Eid is an Arabic word meaning ؛ Happiness; Celebration There is joy and excitement, while Fitr means breaking the fast. That is, breaking or ending the fast. The fast ends on the day of Eid-ul-Fitr. On this day, Allah Almighty rewards His servants for fasting and worshiping Ramadan, so this festival has been declared as Eid-ul-Fitr.
We should also worship on the night of Eid and on this blessed night, instead of indulging in superstitions and wandering in the bazaars, we should perform the Isha and Fajr prayers on time, as well as engage in recitation of the Qur'an, remembrance and supplications. Or at least perform Isha and Fajr prayers in congregation.
It is haraam to fast on the day of Eid-ul-Fitr, to do ghusl before going for Eid, to eat something before Eid-ul-Fitr prayers, to say takbeers on the day of Eid, to greet Eid, to be beautiful and to dress well for Eid Wearing. Changing the way of coming and going for Eid prayers.
Muslims wake up early in the morning before sunrise and offer Fajr prayers and then eat some sweets or dates before Eid prayers which are Sunnah Rasool. On the day of Eid, it is recommended to do the following:

Applying perfume, getting up early in the morning and preparing to go to Eidgah, paying charity before Eid-ul-Fitr prayers, going to Eid-ul-Fitr on foot, going one way and coming back the other way, odd number of dates before going to Eid-ul-Fitr prayers. It is Sunnah to recite the sermon of the Imam after the Eid prayers. If the sermon begins, it is obligatory to sit in silence and listen to it. People who keep talking during the sermon or leave the sermon are wrong.
Eid-ul-Fitr is actually a combination of many joys. One is the joy of fasting in Ramadan, the other is the joy of staying up on the nights of Ramadan, the third is the revelation of the Qur'an, the fourth is Laylat al-Qadr and the fifth is the joy of mercy and forgiveness for those who fast from Allah Almighty and freedom from the torment of Hell. Then the expression of all these joys is charity and charity which is called Sadaqah Fitr.
