Put the remaining 2.5 kg of milk in a pan and put it on the fire and when the milk is hot, add flour, snail and milk mixture in it. Keep cooking on high heat and keep stirring constantly.  Remember to keep scraping the milk regularly and do not stop for even a minute, otherwise the milk will stick to the bottom of the frying pan and burn and the taste of the dessert will be bad.  When it comes, add tartar. Now the milk will burst. Keep stirring until it thickens. When the dessert becomes too thick and the water dries, add sugar in it and keep stirring constantly.  Shortly after adding sugar, add 100 grams of desi ghee. If you can't find desi ghee, you can also add dalda. But the real taste and aroma comes from desi ghee. Then you take it out in a pot.  Put chopped walnuts, almonds and coconut on it and spread it well and serve. This dessert does not spoil for many months. And it is unique in taste.
