TOBACO IS INJRIOUS TO HEALTH.

 The end of smoking. In this day and age, cigarettes have spread like a plague.  However, there is a warning on the cigarette box that cigarettes are the cause of heart disease and cancer. I will explain in more detail. We know that smoking is harmful to health.  Half a pack of smokers get radiation and lung cancer is the result of that radiation.  Now I come to the question of how radiation is produced in it. The cause of the formation of radioactive elements is the phosphate fertilizer applied in the fields. This fertilizer is rich in uranium. Uranium forms the basis of a chain process.  This makes uranium radium 226 which is converted to radon 222. These two are made by the same radioactive element. A study of tobacco leaves reveals that the leaves have sticky hairs.  And when the wind blows, the radiation from the fertilizer escapes from the ground and is absorbed into the leaves. One puff of cigarette contains about four thousand different chemical compounds. The body of a healthy person can do many things to eliminate the effects of one cigarette.  It takes hours. These radioactive particles usually do not leave the lungs for six months. Smoking causes narrowing of the arteries. It is generally believed that cigarettes are restricted to smokers, but this is not the case.  ۔  Cigarettes have a worse effect on the person sitting nearby. In this way, our smoking creates a severe and dangerous situation for the people around us and our families. On the one hand, we blow money into the air, on the other hand, asthma, cancer.  , Heart disease and lung diseases invite death. So we should avoid cigarettes because cigarettes and intoxicants.
