Soap was invented in Iraq 5,000 years ago. Soap was made in the Roman Empire in the 14th century. Soap was made in Italy in the 17th century. Soap was first made in India in 1857. Soap has long been used by rich people. It began to be used in the 19th century. Soap is made from fats and various oils and uses caustic soda. It contains animal fat, palm, coconut, and pineapple. And neem oil is used. The oil is heated by steaming in a pan or kettle. A little bit of caustic soda is added. When the soap begins to form, salt is added to the kettle. In this way the soap forms glycerin in the top layer and below. After the glycerin is well separated, the glycerin is further purified with a solution of water and salt. Then the soap is boiled to remove the salt. When two layers are formed, it is dried for a few more days. Chemicals are added to it to match the fragrance and color. Then it is cut into the shape of pillows. It is manufactured on commercial basis on machines in factories. Soap is needed for every special and general purpose.
