 The headwaters of five rivers, the Province of Pakistan, the Sutlej, the Ravi, the Beas, the Chenab and the Jhelum flow, and the Lion River flows down to Mithankot in the Indus.  ۔

  There are shrines of Ahl-e-Allah and Sufis in Punjab. These religious leaders worked hard for the spread of Islam.  His grace continues even today. Punjab is an agricultural area.

 There is a large irrigation system here.  The two largest dams in the world are Mangla and Tarbela in Punjab.  Punjab has a lot of industries.  Wheat, maize, rice, sugarcane, gram and cotton are the major cash crops in Punjab.

    Cattle include cows, buffaloes, oxen, goats, sheep, camels, mules, donkeys and horses.

 Among the trees found in Punjab, sheesham cactus, eagle, cedar, etc. produce timber and solid wood.  Punjab consists of 10% desert, 5% forest and 10% plateau.

                                                                  According to the 2017 census, the population is 110 million people. The capital of Punjab province is Lahore which is the center of civilization and culture.
